Ten Men Dead- A Minnesota Remembrance of the 1981 Irish Hunger Strike Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 3 PM – 6 PM at the Dubliner Pub The event is free and all are welcome. Join us as we recognize the 40th anniversary of the Irish Hunger Strikers – Ten political prisoners who died in 1981. The event will include biographies of the prisoners, readings from their letters, music and refreshments. Join Irish Network Minnesota for our 4th Annual Bloomsday Festival. This year’s virtual event will take place on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 7:30 PM. St Patrick’s Day 2021 – Irish Music & Dance Association
The Irish Music and Dance Association (IMDA) St Patrick’s Day Pajama Party celebration. This year’s celebration will be a fully virtual presentation, with Irish music, Irish dance and Irish theatre throughout the big day – Wednesday, March 17, 2021. IMDA will be bringing you some of your old favorite music and Irish dancing. Three sets of entertainment are planned –a morning set, a mid-day set and an afternoon set. March On! And Help to March Out Hunger 2021
Annually, IN MN and our partner March Out Hunger (MOH) team up with the Saint Paul St Patrick’s Day Association along with the Minnesota FoodShare program. The Irish are no strangers to hunger and as we know 2020-2021 has been a very difficult hear. MANY people have been experiencing hunger- even those right in our neighborhoods. Join us at this year’s 2021 Irish Mask-arade, a St. Patrick’s Day Drive-Thru celebration in Saint Paul. We will be at the parade collecting non-perishable food items, personal hygiene products, and cleaning supplies. Look for the Finnegans Reverse Food Truck to drop your donations off on the day of the drive-thru celebration on St. Patrick’s Day! …
