Tim Stone, Professor of Political Theory at Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio, recently met with Jim Brooks and Mary McFarland from Irish Network MN at the Center for Irish Studies conference in Saint Paul. The Center for Irish Studies at the University of St. Thomas advances teaching and scholarship in Irish Studies between the university, Ireland and the Irish-American community.

Portrait Exhibit
Portrait Exhibit by Photographer Tom Dunn April 27 – 29 The third annual installment of the Irish of Minnesota exhibition, which focuses on the faces and stories of notable Minnesotans with Irish heritage, will be featured during Irish Arts Week and the Saint Paul Art Crawl, running April 27-29. Photographer Tom Dunn will host the growing exhibit in his Northern Warehouse studio in Lowertown and will be highlighted as part of Irish Arts Week on Saturday, April 28th from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. In collaboration with Irish Fair Minnesota and the 3rd Annual Saint Paul Irish Arts Week.

Come to the 52nd annual St. Patrick’s Day parade starting at noon in downtown St. Paul on March 17, 2018. Join us as we walk with March Out Hunger and the Irish Gazette supporting our local food shelves. Annually our organization, Irish Network MN teams up with the Saint Patrick’s Association and Minnesota FoodShare’s campaign to help March Out Hunger.
