Celebrate the Season at An Old Fashioned Celtic Christmas!

The Friends of Jessenland warmly invite you to kick off the holiday season at “An Old Fashioned Celtic Christmas” on Sunday, December 7th at the beautiful Scenic Escape Barn in Henderson, MN.

Doors open at 2:00 p.m for a festive dessert reception featuring delicious treats from Schuette’s Ice Cream Shoppe and The Spare Time Baker, along with a cash bar.

Attendees can browse and bid on unique holiday gifts in our silent auction, shop our limited-edition Jessenland ornament, and visit vendor booths offering specialty goodies from Merrp Candy and additional creations from The Spare Time Baker. At 3:00 PM the celebration continues with an enchanting performance of traditional Irish music and dance. The afternoon’s featured artist, Hannah Flowers, is a classically trained singer and harpist from St. Paul, MN. Renowned for her expressive vocals and rhythmic harp accompaniment, Flowers brings a depth of artistry shaped by her studies as a Fulbright Scholar at Maynooth University in County Kildare, Ireland, where she earned a First Class Honours Master of Arts in Irish Traditional Music Performance.

Joining Flowers are special guests Carmen Pasquerella on flute and whistles and Mattie Synder on cello – together creating a rich and joyful Celtic holiday experience.
